Jennifer Garner, born April 17th, 1972 in Houston, Texas, was raised within Charleston West Virginia. Her dad, William John Garner, was a chemical engineer at Union Carbide. Patricia Ann, her mother taught at a nearby college. She received her degree with a chemical engineering degree to follow her father. So that she could achieve her dream of becoming an actress, she moved into New York. In addition to appearing in Broadway plays, she also worked as a server at an adjacent restaurant.
